The mission of our organization is embedded in its name: 

Repasts Present - prepared from the bounty of our region, by competent and generous hands, shared in the warmth and comfort of our home with friends and community.

Repasts Future – the development of affordable, accessible, nutritious food that builds and nourishes the land, rather than taking from the inheritance of our children.  Food is a powerful force in health, community and economy.  Past, present and future are woven into this intention, study and action to expand our society’s power and potential.

We currently build hoop-houses for area farmers with our proceeds through intensive one-day “barn-raisings”.  Please join in on the fun!

Repasts, Present and Future continues this mission with events that bring awareness and support to existing local organizations working in the growing, marketing and sustainability of our food network.  Our projects support farm and food service careers with dignity (right-livelihood), micro-credit systems, farm to consumer networks and edible schoolyards.
