Repasts believes in complete transparency of any and all financial and other organizational information. We believe that this information allows donors and other partners to assess the viability and efficiency of our efforts. We will attempt to set a standard for easy access to digestible information and hope to see this model on the web resources of other organizations of similar mission over the coming months. Please contact us if you have any suggestions or questions in this regard.

Reports:
Income/distribution by event

Repasts is an all-volunteer organization and all money raised is passed straight through to our causes. This report summarizes all funds raised to date and how they have been or will be distributed as well as attempting to list any assets that have or have yet to be expensed.

Key assets that are not yet clearly detailed in these reports are:

  • our home, which we offer for as many community events as possible
  • service (plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, etc.) for about 35 people and other items that we would like to make available for other fundraising efforts
  • the goodwill of our friends and community - without you this work would not be possible

Some items that would really help continue this work into the future:

  • commercial coffee maker and coffee pump pots
  • silverware and cloth napkins (ask and ye shall receive!)
  • pass-through or other commercial (but small) toaster
