Repasts, Present and Future was conceived by Lisa Gottlieb and Jeff McCabe early in the process of moving into and updating their home at 722 Soule Blvd in Ann Arbor.  Planning included the utilization of this house as a resource for community development.  They currently open their home weekly and dedicate their energy to the support of local farm and food system initiatives.  The Food Systems Economic Partnership is a fiscal sponsor of RPF, providing 501c3 non-profit status for the organization.

Early activities included fundraisers for existing community groups doing great work in community gardens and education.  Repasts has become a part of this community dedicated to expanding food awareness,  local food access, right-livelihood and the re-prioritization of land use.  We are currently pioneering a micro-credit system for start-up farms, a farm-business incubation project and other local food infrastructure development.   Results include the creation of over 20,000 sf of new four-season hoop-houses for area farmers.   Please join us if you would like to help stir the pot.
